Terms of Service – Zari Boutique ApartHotel

1. General Conditions

• Check-in: from 15:00 | Check-out: until 12:00
• Reception hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 AM
• Free private parking and Wi-Fi available for all guests
• Smoking is permitted only on balconies

2. Legal Compliance

• In accordance with Moroccan hospitality law, it is strictly prohibited for unmarried Moroccan couples to share the same apartment.
• Guests must present valid identification upon check-in (passport or Moroccan CIN card).
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if this rule is not respected, without refund.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
• After this period, 100% of the total amount will be charged
• No-show bookings are non-refundable

4. Payments

• All payments must be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via CMI Morocco secure gateway.
• No cash payments are accepted before arrival; city tax may be collected on site.

5. Liability

MIKO APPART is not responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations caused by third-party services (airlines, transport, OTAs)
• Lost or stolen personal items inside or outside the property
• Inaccuracies on external websites (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)

6. Use of Property

• Guests must treat apartments and furnishings with care.
• Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest.
• Parties or loud music are not permitted without management approval.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Marrakech.
